• Contact details — phone number, WhatsApp number, email address and residential address.
• For students below 18, the name and contact details of a parent or legal guardian.
• Emergency contact details, and any medical conditions, injuries or allergies you disclose to us.
• Membership, batch, attendance, belt grading and tournament records.
• Messages you send us through the website contact form, WhatsApp, phone or social media.

• To register you, assign you to a batch and maintain your training and grading history.
• To contact you about class schedules, batch changes, fee reminders, gradings, events and holidays.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
• To act quickly and reach your family in case of an injury or medical emergency at the studio.
• To share offers, camps, seminars and studio announcements. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your details with third parties, except where required by law or by a competent authority.
• Limited details may be shared with martial arts federations, associations or event organisers when you register for a grading, tournament or certification — and only with your consent.
• In a medical emergency we may share relevant details with medical professionals and with your emergency contact.

• Payments are processed through secure, industry-standard channels.
• We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking credentials or any other sensitive financial information.
• We retain only the payment reference, amount and date needed for our accounts and your receipts.

• We photograph and record classes, gradings, demonstrations and events, and may use this content on our website, social media pages and promotional material.
• For students below 18, this is done only with the consent of a parent or guardian, given at the time of registration.
• If you do not want your image or your child's image used, tell us in writing. We will exclude you from published media and remove existing images wherever reasonably possible.

• Member records are kept in access-controlled systems and are available only to authorised studio staff.
• We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
• No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

A large part of our student community is under 18. We collect a minor's information only through a parent or legal guardian, and only that parent or guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information.

• You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• You may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• You may ask us to delete your information, subject to any records we are required to retain by law.
